Christina T. Callos, MA
I work in supporting individuals, teams and organizations who are ready for change - to raise their awareness and take the action necessary to achieve success. My background in psychology, education and organizational consulting gives me a broad base of understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. My bicultural life experiences allow me to bring a wide lens and diverse perspective to my work. I was born and raised in Greece and obtained my higher education in the United States, meeting the challenges of dealing with a drastic culture change without losing my core identity.

I specialize in coaching individuals who are eager to reach their potential and increase their satisfaction with life (both personal and professional). In working with companies, I am trained to support team building, conflict mediation, and diversity awareness planning and training. As an executive coach I help leaders identify issues that block them from achieving their success goals.

Another major part of my work is helping individuals and organizations increase their spiritual intelligence, and find meaning and purpose in their work. I am certified by the Chopra Center for WellBeing, Corporate Programs Division, to deliver the Seven Laws for Engaging Spirit in the Workplace, a program designed to help people achieve success with ease. Making room for spirituality in the workplace results in individual and business success.

I hold a master's degree in clinical psychology from Cleveland State University, where I teach for the last fifteen years. I also hold certificates from five years of post-graduate training at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's programs in organization and systems development, working with groups and the general practice program.
